I founded 24 Analytics to use data analysis as a means to help businesses of all sizes and industries identify, track, and hone their workflows through automation and process improvement initiatives to boost revenue and cut costs. My approach is both technical and strategic, ensuring data not only works but also fuels real business impact.

For the past decade, I've worked with solo operators to departments of 100+ for companies across various industries, including B2B SaaS, eCommerce, Fintech, Real Estate and Hospitality, Healthcare, and HR. In that time, I've helped teams achieve 7-figure revenue-generating and cost-saving solutions through my systematic approach to process management and by leveraging my technical skillset and business acumen.
Beyond corporate work, I provide thought leadership around workflow efficiency through speaking engagements at conferences and local events, as well as written content. I also author and maintain open-source projects to give back to the software community that has empowered me and to help as many people as possible move forward in the realm of process management.
As much as I enjoy working with clients and maintaining open-source projects, in my down time, I'm often on a road trip or in another country (my wife and I have roadtripped to over 30 states and flown to over 20 countries), exploring new cuisines through cooking and local dining, exercising, doing the NYT Spelling Bee or Crossword, or taking in a baseball game (the ultimate process-centric sport). I love spending time with family, friends, and dogs (I have an unfortunate albeit mild cat allergy).
